Each capsule contains 45 mg Vitamin C, 400 mg Chondroitin Sulfate, 500 mg Glucosamine Sulfate, 5 mg Manganese

Other ingredients: calcium ascorbate, gelatin, water, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearate.
