Each capsules provides 1,000 mg Flax Seed Oil which yields: 585 mg Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), 150 mg Linoleic Acid (LA), 175 mg Oleic Acid, 55 mg Palmitic Acid, 35 mg Stearic Acid and Carob extract as a natural preservative.

Additional ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, carob extract.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with a meal, 1 to 3 times daily or as directed by physician.
